“One of the main ways to ensure greatness in all areas of life is to form strong habits. This concept needs to be embraced and understood because it is just as powerful a weapon as compound interest. The culmination of our habits directly reflects where we stand today in terms of health, relationships, money, work, etc. If we are struggling in one of these areas, it could have a lot to do with our habits. On the flip side, if we are excelling at one of these categories it also has a lot to do with habits. Just like investing a small amount of money every two weeks becomes a wealth avalanche, our everyday habits become a tsunami.
